I bought a Sansui sound bar in Feb 2021, since then I have returned it twice for a new unit. I am on my third system and it still have the same problem. I had to return these items every time on my time and my fuel to get to your store and get this item retuned just to get another unit with the same problem. I am so sick and tired of this!! I never had a problem like this with any sansui product. Please help???
I had insurance with MTN insurance. I have given notice on the 1st January 2021 by email. They have only replied on the 4th January 2021, they don't want to accept this notice as a 30 day notice. Is it legal not to accept the notice? They still want to charge me for next month!! Please let me know if there is anything I can do??
I have been a Nepic client for 2 Years, after Supersonic took over, I have endless problems. I took the easy way out to change from normal wi-fi to fibre..... biggest mistake I have made!! They have overcharged me every Month ever since the change. I have been trying to sort out this account since October. Last Month they again took money off my account for the wi-fi & fibre. They owe me money and I have no way to get it back. Useless service!! How do I get my refund??? Who do I complain to to get my refund?
