Empty promises from vodacom
I cancelled Vodacom phone insurance on the 27-November 2020 which was confirmed. End of December 2020 I was charged for cancelled insurance. I called again in jaunary 2021. I was promised credit to be on January 2021 invoce. I have now received my January 2021 statement with no credit.

Vodacom Insurance cancellation Nightmare
I have cancelled my vodacom phone insurance on the 28th of November 2020. I was told I will not be charged from December going foward to my surprice Iam billed for december 2020. I phoned the insurance department i was told the agent handling my cancellation did not finalised the cancellation and i will be given credit shortly. I am still waiting for my credit
