Fantastic customer service!!
My father suddenly passed away and I had the sad task of packing up his home, it had to be done in a hurry as I am leaving in a few days time. I ordered the incorrect size (unbeknownst to me), I received a call from Sharon who asked if I was sure about the size...I adjusted my order and not only did I have to wait for the usual delivery time but the manager, Tamryn organised for the boxes to be delivered the same day to my door! This type of customer service one does not receive anymore and has made my sad task slightly easier. Thanks Sharon and Tamsin, I appreciate your help so much.

Highly recommended!
I bought a chest freezer online from Germany for our daughter and son-in-law in South Africa. Dealt with Million at Metro Home Centre in Menlyn. After purchase the freezer was delivered in 2 days and the service and replies I received were extremely quick, professional and friendly. I had tried unsuccessfully to arrange purchase with the bigger stores (Macro, Game). So glad I went to Metro Home Centre! Highly recommended.
