Very disappointed in the FNB Law On Call services. I have an URGENT matter where an investment company is demanding I pay a MASSIVE amount of money I INVESTED! FNB wasn't helpful at all, after 3 DAYS of trying to get hold of them they just tell me that they would not be able to help. Useless service!
After a very slow registration process I finally got my Mobicred account active. Now, some time later, I tried to make a purchase without any success. I get stuck at a Debicheck debit order mandate screen upon login and can't find support anywhere. I sent an email on 1 Dec, followed up another 2 times, and never got a reply other than the "we have received your query" email. Tried calling many times without answer. Tried the WhatsApp chat on the 6th, after which I finally got a response. I was told that my account isn't active and they will have to reset it, after which I'll have to reapply to activate it again. Needless to say, I still haven't heard anything back since then and my account is still inactive. Cannot reapply because I already have an account. This is extremely frustrating. When you get hold of someone, they are full of promises, but no action is taken on their side. I remember getting a call from Mobicred a few months ago asking if I'm going to use my account. I told the lady "yes". and she said she will activate my account for me. Never heard anything back after that, no confirmation...nothing. Now, when the time comes that you want to use it, everyone has suddenly disappeared from the face of the earth. I really cannot understand how a business that deals mainly with customers can have no customer support at all.
