Appalling service! Paid a lot for washing machine repairs, but it still doesn't work. The kitchen flood was a bonus I didn't ask for, and the promises of a fix are empty.
There was fraud on my global one account two months ago already. I was given a reference number, but when I try and get hold of the fraud department for the past two weeks already there is no answer. I was told that the matter would have been resolved within 14-30 days, well we are sitting on 60 days plus with no positive outcome. Will be looking at moving my accounts this is ridiculous!
I booked an Airlink flight through travelstart, and with the new level 3 lockdown I need to move my flight to a later date. Only Travelstart can change my flight with Airlink but they are not responding to any of my emails or requests via their app and their phones is non-responsive. This leaves me with the likelyhood of loosing the money I spent on the ticket and the ticket itself considering that my flight is scheduled for 1January 2021. Pathetic!
