Plus plus plus. Have used their online store, with delivery to my nearest store, twice and both times they delivered my purchases way ahead of the estimated delivery date! It was easy, quick and on point! The staff at the branch in the nearest city to where I live are so friendly, always willing to help and always smiling. Thank you for super service! Keep it up
If it was possible to give negative stars, I’d give them all of them! Besides the long queues that go nowhere for hours, it’s extremely annoying when you arrive 2 hours before opening time and 2 hours AFTER opening time their doors are still closed shut. Productivity is an unknown practice. Efficiency does not work there. Laziness, rude arrogance are plentiful however. Most frustrating and blood pressure raising places to go! It’s begrudging that our hard earned tax pays for that
Got a Polaroid mojiactive watch for my child. It’s easy to set up and has everything needed for an age appropriate watch with features to keep my mind at ease. Battery lasts the whole day on a full charge. It is already a beloved item. Peace of mind knowing my child has access to a device in an emergency that is child use friendly and easy to use.
Took my daughter for their child for sight promo before lockdown. The appointment was on time, optometrist was friendly and patient with my daughter. He made her first eye test experience so much fun she wanted to go back the following week. Glasses arrived before lock down too! Highly recommend for little ones needing eye tests!
Awesome customer service. Notified me immediately that a few of my items I requested were out of stock but offered me alternatives. Took 1 day for my stuff to arrive! I used to frequent this shop when I live in the area, and I’m so pleased to see their service has not dropped one tiny bit! Love that they have an online store now too! Special mention for Nazleen - very efficient and organised!
If I could give more stars, I would! Placed an order and had it at my door the very next day and I stay in an outlying area. Service was fantastic and products were good quality, neatly packed and exactly as pictured. Will definitely use them again.
Unfortunately supporting local due to Covid-19 completely backfired. Placed my order on 6 December. Eventually received it after Christmas. I had to follow up with them and their reply was simply brushing me (the customer) off. Tried to cancel the order after waiting over 2 weeks. Got a “we don’t do refunds” reply. I could accept that policy if you had customer service to warrant that reply, but if you want to treat customers like an annoyance then I’d suggest you reconsider your strategies! The one custom laptop skin was lovely however, although disappointed in the phone cases. To me, it is irrelevant having nice products if your customer service sucks. I think they have forgotten how to treat paying customers. Next time I’ll order from overseas, and I won’t mind paying extra for decent, reliable service.
