Complaint on non service delivery
My review this morning is more a complaint/non service of basic human services such as sewerage and sanitation in the area of Chatsworth a suburb of Malmesbury as residents we pay rates and taxes inclusive of our municipal bill but we don't get the basic human service of sewerage and sanitation and what makes this issue painful is that down the road the same municipality has a RDP housing scheme where residents has all the basic human services and don't pay a cent for rates and taxes and within the same municipal district there is more of these schemes and nobody pays for basic human services, but we in Chatsworth that pays for these services don't have it, we need help, someof our residents even pay fines and are threatened with court cases because of breaking of services that we don't get, what do we do? Now I have emailed the mayor and the municipal manager but oppressive as they are they have not personally come back to me

Unhappy with treatment from Vodacom
Good day, from my complaint about Davidson's ability to help me, I have had a call from one of their consultants called Mohali and he promised to email me cancellation details but three later now I have not heard from Vodacom and all I need to do is cancel my contract and have been trying to do this since the 21.12.2020 even after having had to make payments, but I am still waiting, what is the whole idea?

Cancellation
Hi all I want is to cancel my contract and have been trying to do it since the 21 . 12. 2020 and instead Vodacom consultants at their cancellation department on 1958, their billing dept 1946 and their customer care instead blocked my number so that I can't get through to them, they gave me an arrears amount to pay and I did so on the 21. 12. 2020 and then told me they will sms me a cancellation fee, which I am still waiting for after speaking to more than six consultants instead they went and messed up everything by changing the contract dates from September 2018 to October 2020. To their own dates ending 2022, which I feel was done on purpose because I want to cancel, can anyone help me because they have now blocked my number that I phone them from to solve the problem, or can you help me to get this in newspapers all over south africa.
