Awful service. I ordered meals in October 2025 and have yet to see either my meals or my money refunded. After 2 weeks I received a panic stricken call when I queried where my order was and nothing since then. Seems to be a **** as their website is still up. I also had no response to my follow-up email requesting my refund.
This company has the most appalling customer support serve ever! Correction... there is no customer support! After multiple attempts on Whatsapp and direct dialling, I am no closer to resolving my query on my fibre upgrade or being able to cancel my service with them. Neither contact channels responds for anything up to an hour or more of waiting. Whatsapp just sits there like the bot it is and the telephone line eventually cuts off. Next step.... social media!!!!
