Awful service. I ordered meals in October 2025 and have yet to see either my meals or my money refunded. After 2 weeks I received a panic stricken call when I queried where my order was and nothing since then. Seems to be a **** as their website is still up. I also had no response to my follow-up email requesting my refund.

I wish to bring to the public’s attention a concerning experience with a company trading under the name Easy-Eats, which appears to be operating a *****ulent scheme involving the sale of ready-made meal packages through their website and WhatsApp. On 13 October 2025, I selected a meal package advertised at R1 999 and engaged directly with the owner via WhatsApp. After confirming my order, I requested an invoice, which was promptly sent, and I made payment within minutes. Two days later, on 15 October, I enquired about the delivery of my order. I received several excuses and was told I would receive feedback within an hour. Nothing materialized. Later that afternoon, I followed up again and was again met with excuses. Eventually, at around 6 p.m., I received a voice note explaining that there were “major problems on the farm” and delivery would take place on Monday, 20 October 2025. That date came and went with no delivery. Upon enquiring again, I was informed that the order could only be sent the following week. I immediately objected and requested a full refund. My messages were ignored. After numerous phone calls, I finally reached the owner, who once more apologized and claimed she could only process the refund within three days. I politely insisted that the refund be made immediately and reminded her that I had already sent my banking details via WhatsApp. She promised to attend to it “in a little while.” Hours later, the messages remained unread, and no refund has been made to date. I therefore urge the public to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company. Based on my experience, Easy-Eats appears to be a **** operation that collects payment without delivering goods or honoring refund requests. Please share this warning widely to prevent others from losing their hard-earned money.

Dissapointed with the quality and taste of the food, food tastes terrible, mostly rice with a few pieces of meat, in the stew there is litterally 1 piece of carrot. Don't waste your money. I have learnt a hard lesson by wasting R2000 on these meals, if it wasnt so much money I would probably just throw away the meals because of the terrible taste. Meals were subsituted in the box without confirming if that would be ok.

Disgusting food, very late delivery and dishonest!!! On the 6th I specifically asked when my order would be delivered if I ordered immediately, to which they rep**** before the 12th. I then placed my order at 10am that same day. My order only arrived on the 18th after numerous BS excuses from them. I ordered the 20X1kg for R1999. I only received 16X1kg meals. Of which 6 are inedible. I am TRULY not fussy with food but the creamy chicken pasta and mac and cheese is terrible!!! She sent 3 of each. I could still deal with it having very little chicken in it, which it does but it has a jelly type thing instead of a creamy type of sauce. You know when you boil chicken pieces and let them cool down, it makes that jelly substance? The entire meal tasted like just that. And yes, I defrosted it properly, stirred it etc. Wish I could share a video. The mac and CHEESE has practically no cheese in it either and looks exacly like the "creamy" chicken. The butter chicken has a grainy texture and the rice is undercooked or it was left out and dried out (I gave one to my son). I will edit my review when we have tried the other meals. At this point I feel like sending everything back but with them being so dishonest I highly doubt that I'll ever get my money back. I have pictures and screenshots of everything if anyone needs proof. I am a single parent who has just lost R2000, this is not a joke. They also delete people's comments on their posts and block you from their page. Their reviews were good before September. I don't know what happened.

Frozen Food supplier: The dishes containing pasta are completely overcooked and unedible. The rest of the dishes are bone dry, bland and tasteless, "Creamy Chicken" is anything but creamy for example. The rice makes up 85% of the dishes with two or three pieces of meat in each dish, with the odd piece of carrot or a grainy piece of potato if your lucky. This is not at all like the pictures of the food advertised on their website or facebook page. I informed Helen at Easy Eats of the inferior food and she was very shocked and apologetic and assured me they will rectify the problem by resending the order. This was on the 4th of September. I again sent her a whatsapp on the 12th of September inquiring about the status of the replacement order. I was assured that the replacement order would be sent to the Couriers on Monday the15th of September for delivery, reaching me on Wednesday the 17th as the cooling gelpacks only last 3 days in transit. Today, Thursday the 18th, I sent a request for the tracking number, as it is day 4 now, just to find my whatsapp messages do not deliver to Easy Eats which is strange. Seems like I have been blocked by Easy Eats. I will not recommend "EASY EATS" to anybody looking for frozen meals. This was hard earned R1499-00 down the drain. Please read the latest reviews on their Facebook Page before ordering frozen meals from them.
