For the past week or two I have been trying get my account sorted / updated. Due to Covid they have a WhatsApp Chat line. the first day I waited for 4 hours to get connected to someone I could speak to I ended the chat. Then next day they contacted me via the chat and I explained that my statement was incorrect and that I needed someone to look at it. The person said they would look into it and get back to me. It took some time and said he looked at my statement and that I had a credit due to me. I told him the value of the credit was incorrect and he said he would look into it. I am still waiting for someone to get back to me. The last time I they disconnected me because they increased the price and I was not aware of. They disconnected me for R70. I have not once missed a payment in fact most months I pay in extra. As I am writing I am once again on the WhatsApp Chat waiting for someone to assist me
Tasmira Nair at Discovery Insure responded to an email in less than 24 hours. She called me and sorting everything out over the phone and backed it up with email. I would rate her service with 10 Stars plus!!!!!
