They added insurance without my consent struggling to cancel it they are not responding to my emails.
I have been to octogen for years and i paid up all my account and now they dont want to send me my clearence certificate. Everyday i called they gave me excuses. Firstly it was not paid up letter i sent paid up letter for Tenacity. Secondly was fees owed i paid the fees and sent proof of payment. Now today they said they do not have Tenacity paid up letter
Ackermans I am not satisfied with their respond. Somebody was not doing their job in accounts department and I have to pay for their mistakes?
Hi. My paid up acoount was handed to different lawyers and i explained to them and send them proof that is paid up but they keep on calling me for payment. Please assist
