I ordered wall decals 2 months ago. Initially when I inquired they said due to loadshedding affecting their equipment the order was late. Since then all follow up emails have been ignored. They have effectively taken my money without ever sending the goods. This is blatant theft.
Currently 8 months pregnant and not wanting to expose ourselves to the new variant of the corona virus my husband and I forwent the opportunity to spend Christmas with our moms and stayed home. We ordered from woolies online delivery for our Christmas lunch but IT NEVER ARRIVED. Despite numerous attempts to contact them on various platforms and finally getting hold of them with a promise of a refund, a month later this has still has not been processed!
Currently 8 months pregnant I have been struggling to contact Babies R Us since November for them to collect the incorrect cot they delivered to my home and process a refund. Emails are never responded to and in 3 months I have only been able to speak to a consultant at their call centre twice as nobody ever seems to answer the calls. I am incredibly disappointed with the treatment I have received from this company and am at a loss of what to do with this incorrect cot cluttering the nursery I’m trying to prepare for my little one.
