Do not order from this company. They advertised a pink leather duffel bag with free shipping for $19.99. They charged my card on March 24, 2024 and not only has the product not been shipped or been received, they refuse to answer or respond to my emails. I've asked for a response, my money back and status in about 12 emails with no response. If they read this review and decide to send me my purchase, I'll take down this and the other reviews I'll be placing throughout the internet and social media.

Warning! ****, ********* "business", please protect yourselves and do not use your credit card to purchase with this business. They attract customers by offering amazing promotions on banners and advertising material, once they get your money you will not hear from them again.

THEFT
I ordered wall decals 2 months ago. Initially when I inquired they said due to loadshedding affecting their equipment the order was late. Since then all follow up emails have been ignored. They have effectively taken my money without ever sending the goods. This is blatant theft.

Pathetic
I placed an order , the order was apparently sent with a courier. The courier company sends a tracking notification that the parcel was stolen as the driver was hi-jacked. When i contacted them , they advised me to contact the merchant. When i called them, they advised me to contact the courier. Between Internet Express and Printease someone has taken my money and not delivered.

Buyer beware! Shop elsewhere!
Do not do business with this company!!. Their products are inferior quality, and they don’t refund you if you follow their returns process. Awful customer support. Avoid them like the plague!

SCAM DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP!!!!!!! Placed my order on the 15th of November. Today is the 7th of DEC and yet nothing. I've called and sent emails, I have followed up so many times, and yet nothing. They don't answer emails, the telephone operator is useless and rude, and can hardly speak English. Guys - do yourself a favor and use someone else.
