Horrible service!!!!
These clowns broke my car's radiator fan that lead to the engine overheating and seizing. No matter how much noise I make, they can't even bother to contact me. One star is generous.

FIRST help? Yeah, right. More like First Hinder. ZERO STARS
I'd give -5 stars if I could. Tow truck caused major damage to my car. I posted two reviews about it. Both reviews got the same reply, as if it was copied and pasted. Replies stating that they will get back to me with regards to the issue. Haven't heard a word since. This company adds to the cause of a failing country. Avoid using them at all cost. Disgusting, to say the least. You should be ashamed. SIES!!

First Help? I wouldn't call it help at all.
These guys came to assist with a tow on my ford. About two weeks after my car suddenly started overheating to the point where it starts cutting out. After inspection, I found my radiator fan was smashed to bits. Now I'm sitting with a smashed fan, a blown head gasket, ruined motor oil that mixed with the coolant and spark plugs drenched in oil. I've reviewed them before to which they rep**** saying they'll have management get back to me. This was 2, maybe 3 weeks ago already. So upon the R1500 for a tow that I didn't get a receipt for, I sit with a further R10k worth of damages and a car that won't even wave at me. Thanks for being there first to help me into this deep hole of debt, struggling and frustration.

Tow truck damaging my car.
On May 6, First Help assisted me with a tow after I had a burst tyre on the N1 after the Buccleuch interchange before the Rivonia Off ramp. The guy was friendly, patient and extremely helpful. For that, I give him 10 stars. I wasn't happy to discover that whatever he did to lift my car ended up mashing my radiator fan to bits. Resulting in the fan cutting through two of my water pipes, damaging my radiator and eventually leading to the car overheating so bad that the top gasket blew. All of that after charging me a ridiculous amount of money I had to pay with no receipt to show for it. How would you recommend me to proceed after this?
