Worst service ever. Took a loan Capitec submitted all the relevant documents...now I have a person visit my mother's house saying he's from Capitec
After I have received a best service at the branch changing a layby. I was promised that I will get a refund of the remaining balance in 7 to 14 days. It's been over a month no refund received. Submitted I'D copy and bank statement. I've been calling and and getting promise after promise. Layby no: 16726293.
FNB: Mistake still not corrected. No update on an empty promise made tome by Mavis Mashele, Rahul Singh and Samuel Sibusiso Mkhize. Four references 5360374NF, 5266195NF, 5310941NF and 3050998. Eight weeks later. My Credit is getting badly affected by a lie updated on by FNB on my credit record. I DIDN"T MISS A PAYMENT OR HAVE ANY UNPAID DEBT AT FNB WHICH IS IN ARREARS. the first review I wrote was on the 4th of June 2023 about the wrong update on my report. I was promised by Mavis Mashele and Rahul Singh that it will take up to six weeks for the problem to be solved. Seven weeks later the problem is not solved and no communication or update on why there is no update.? The only time I get a response from FNB is if I inquire through Hello Peter. I already know by now I will get yet another reference number and and empty promises that it will be solved soon it will come with a caption: "DEAR VALUED CUSTOMER." When will the false missed payment and the right update done on my credit report FNB?
FNB is the worst bank. Again I inquired about paid up letter with a date of when was the loan taken and paid up. When will the update be done and the false missed payment removed from my report. Rahul Singh send me a letter that the loan is paid up. As if I don't know it's paid up. I NEED A LETTER WITH WHEN WAS THE LOAN TAKEN AND WHEN WAS IT PAID UP. I haven't gotten any response after I send the email. To show that FNB doesn't care about their customers. They gave two different Reference numbers for one inquiry. One from Mavis Mashele and another from Rahul Singh. Do they keep records? If so why is it hard to give the relevant correctly dated letter? Between two people couldn't one checked on the system and see if there was an inquiry. Do I have any guarantee that my inquiry will ever be solved? Or I'll end up with only a number of inquiry reference numbers and no resolution. My account have been blocked I can't even make a bank statement. Chances are some consultant will call me about the the blocked account trying to solve an unnecessary problem. I NEED A DATED PAID UP LETTER FOR A LOAN I TOOK AND REPAID JANUARY 2022. A LETTER THAT HAVE A DATE OF WHEN WAS THE LOAN WAS TAKEN AND WHEN WAS IT PAID UP. WHEN WILL THE FALSE MISSED PAYMENT BE REMOVED OR WILL IT EVER BE REMOVED?
Took a loan with FNB 01/2022 and repaid it in full the same month. 13 months later on my credit report shows that I haven't paid and the loan is in arears. I wrote a review about it and Mavis Mashele responded and asked me to send a credit report and she will send a paid up letter she will ask the relevant department to update the report. She send me paid up letter which is not dated at all. This means it might still come back with missed payment for a loan I paid up the same month I took it. I wrote her an email she responded: Good day We hereby acknowledge receipt of your email. Kindly be advised an urgent request was sent to the relevant department for assistance, once feedback has been received, we will advise accordingly. We deeply value your relationship with FNB and are committed to providing you with the highest level of service simply because our customers deserve the very best. Missed payment on the paid up loan and undated paid up letter and 1 and half hour on the phone talking to 8 different consultants all transferring me to a relevant department. Is there really a relevant department for anything at FNB? Which department gave a wrong update on my credit report? I took a temp loan mid January 2022. Repaid it at the end of January 2022. The balance was R47.00. Then I deposited R100 in the account to cover the balance. 13 months later April 2023 its written that I missed a payment and my account is in arrears. On my score it is written that it updates monthly, but for 13MONTHS there was no update on it. Even the money that I paid does not even reflect.
My loan was put sequestration March 2021, Then April, May and June Capitec deposited and debited money into my account. Which clearly appears on a my bank statement submitted to Capitec. I thought it was an insurance covering monthly installments. When I check my credit report April and May had missing payments which will be there for 3years. I inquire at Capitec. Reply I received: "Kindly be advised that I have checked the statement and found we did not make deposits. We tried to debit the account however due to insufficient funds, the funds returned back to your account, I have also checked and found there is a retrenched status on the account. Please note, you would still be liable for payments up until the insurer then pays out." DEBIT ORDER UNDER DEPOSIT. Its been more than 5 months already and the insurance has not pay out and I am liable for the payment while I have submitted my retrenchment letter. On top of that I paid February 2021 monthly installments and it still reflect as a missing data.
I had complained in January 2021. Query Ref:7932 7998. I got a call and an email that it resolved and a overcharged money was returned to my account. Missing debit was located and now....ON MY CREDIT REPORT THERE IS STILL A MISSED DECEMBER PAYMENT. My credit score just went down by 11 points because of the payment that Capitec took from my account and its still is not reflecting. I went to Standard Bank and they confirmed that Capitec took it out of my account. but the Complaint manager is telling me that they are still waiting for feedback from Standard Bank and it seems as if no follow up is done. Again I am getting smses saying that I am in arrears R4.11 while I have paid all my dues and was charged interest on the money that was already taken out of my account. Last month I paid R60 more than I was supposed to pay
