She must speak to the client themselves... So what if the client can't talk and paralised. So do your own dam dirty work as now I'm going to report you to the ombudsman as you ppl are useless

My husband and myself came there as we have frequented the place on numerous occasions spending well over R500 each time we visited... However this evening we were ***ardee by the manager, patriots and the bouncers after an African man called me a ****. My husband was not impressed and went for him I even tried to stop him. After that everyone even the people sitting outsixe tried to hang up against us and called us ****** but we're coloreds from cpt. I will never put my foot there again as this was uncalled for and as for me spending another dime where the white manager even tried to lift his hands to my husband they can be lucky to still be operating. My mother of 81 has been with discovery insure for several years. She then had a claims multiple claims over a short period of time including a fire, a burst geyser and an underground leak in the bathroom / kitchen. However non of the above with dealt with correctly. She had to sort out the fire on her own which occurred on the DB board. The geyser they replaced but it started leaking straight afterwards and it affected the oven which is still not working since then. The underground leak in the bathroom affected the kitchen with visual damages to the kitchen cupboards and floor. Although discovery initially offered a R95000 cash settlement for the damages however it was not accepted due to the fact that the cost was unknown. Shortly after that the membership was canceled without her consent or even knowing about it. There was an objection and several follow ups which includes phone calls and emails nothing was gone. I think this is absolutely proposterous and not on at all as they get paid every month for some time now.

This hospital is pathetic and their service is putrid for a childrens hospital. My grandson has been rushed to hospital with a slashed wrist. His skin is hanging and the blood is oozing out... My kids have been there for almost 20min and no one has even looked at him yet. He is only 2 years old.
