Absolutely horrible service from the service department. I cannot understand how such a massive establishment can have such poor service. Absolutely pathetic
I have logged a fault on the 28th of December and I am still waiting for it to be sorted out. I am sick and tired of waiting!!!!! First your consultant said that a technician was assigned on Friday. And didn't come because they didn't have my contact details on the system?? How can they not have my Contact details on the system??? Are the workers there that lazy???? There were people who had issues after me that got sorted out. This is Completely unacceptable and horrible service. I require someone to come and sort my line and my Internet today! Half the month is gone. And I'm not going to pay for a month I didn't even use. When it comes to billing related enquiries, telkom are quick to do stuff. But when it comes to customer service they are pathetic. I've had enough and tired of calling the Consultants which some are very rude. Poor poor company.. I want my stuff working today!!!!
