Do not ever order from any shop that uses this company for delivery if you want a peace of mind. poor service
i ordered my wedding shoes at mango on the 26 of February 2025, my shoes are suppose to be delivered to me by dpd laser, even today from the 17 of March 2025 my shoes are on delivery mind you I stay in Pretoria my shoes are in Johannesburg just 60 km away . Please do not order anything from mango if they are still using dpd laser as their delivery agent because the service is so bad. Its my first and last time ordering from them. i will never POOR SERVICE I HAVE BEEN SENDING EMAILS EVERYDAY TO MANGO CLOTHING AND I AM BEING TOLD MY ORDER IS ON DELIVERY. EVEN MY MANGO THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR BRAND
claim number 300615408, Since July 14, 2023, I have been experiencing the most unsatisfactory insurance service imaginable. Despite my continuous efforts, Santam has adamantly refused to address the damages to my car, insisting that I provide evidence of an accident as the cause. Furthermore, they have denied me the courtesy car that I am diligently paying for each month. Regrettably, I have reached the decision to terminate all my policies with Sanlam. I cannot fathom subjecting my children to such distressing experiences, even in the unfortunate event of my demise. Moving forward, I seek an insurance provider that values their customers and upholds their commitments. It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism and accountability from a company that should prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of its clients. I implore Santam to reconsider their stance and rectify this situation promptly. It is my sincere hope that they recognize the importance of providing reliable and efficient service to their policyholders.
Two/three months back I went to old mutual branches to seed one of my policies as my protection cover for my bond, I completed the forms and they were sent to the relevant department who is supposed to process it, however, nothing has been done. I have been calling old mutual no one seems to be interested in helping me.
Hallo Peter I lodged a claim for funeral cover on the 2 january 2021, which when I joined I was told that when I claim I will be paid within 48 hours, I am still waiting for my money, its been 11 days. I received an sms on 04 of January 2021 that my money will be paid within 2 days but I am still waiting. I don't understand how old Mutual except me to burry my grandmother if they are still holding my money.
