I’ve had a really raw deal from One - Deal- À -Day. I believe they messed up in at least 2 areas: 1). They sent my old phone number to the courier and thus the courier could not get hold of me. 2). My order number was incorrect or incorrectly assigned to me - the articles which it was stated that the order number referred to were not the contents that I ordered I have tried in vain to get hold of them. I did receive an impersonal message stating they would correct or other within 72 hours —- 3 days. We are well passed that time. I’ve HAD absolutely NO HELPFUL COMMUNICATION from One-Deal-a-Day EVER ie NO GOODS , NO REFUND
My experience with this company has been dreadful. No goods delivered, no response to Whatsapps or emails. I’M OUT OF POCKET. They don’t duck or dive; they just don’t respond. MY ADVICE - STAY AWAY! Don’t give them money for nothing
Altho I had very pleasant responses to my email enquiries from Prianca when I wrote to The Manager, I've since had an awful experience. No one told me that I would need a special charging facility for the phone. The end of the supplied lightening cable does not fit my Mac.I actually got so little attention ins**** that no one spoke to me, asked me the necessary questions ... I asked whether there was anything nI should know about ... nothing forthcoming. The keep telling me to plug it in to the port. I keep telling me the port does not fit the cable! What do I do!
