Awful Debt Counsellor, lacks attention to detail and awful client service.
So these guys missed one account and wasnt included in The debt counselling process, and that account ended up being handed over and that will have a lifetime impact on me. They refused to acknowledge error or do anything about it. the workers in question are Bathabile and Collin

Tracker SA is the worst tracking service in South Africa
Tracker SA installed their tracker where they shouldn’t have, this caused the engine light to be on. VW advised Tracker SA should remove and re-fit it elsewhere. It took me a week to try get a booking with tracker and when I eventually got a hold of them they said a technician would only be available after a week to do the re-fitting. The customer service is genuinely awful, the app would take 5 days without updating meaning if they would steal your car you wouldn’t have the accurate location , the app is actually the worst because it updates every two hours, it defeats the purpose, a lot can happen in two hours. Tracker SA genuinely the worst. Please please look for other alternatives to help you with a tracking service.
