I forget my wallet/purse in one of their car. They don't have any number or emergency number to call. not even on the google. when sending email they respond after five days after threatening to go to social media and hello peter. still they dont give me their details but the contact number for the Driver. Driver admitted having the purse but says there was no money. and i dont have a problemm i just need my purse which has my crds including smart card id. The driver keeps postponing. its been 12 days already he has my possessions with him and how telling me i must come to his area? how dangerous is that. they know about all this and still they wont give their number, they don't call me and wont give me the registration of the driver. they reply email after 24 hours saying i must be patient with the driver? what kind of service is this? i could have been ****d or killed but they don't bother
My worst nightmare. the service at group benefits for their own stuff is pathetic. im literally shaking with anger as in now . a bunch of lies . they even lie on paper. incompetent and annoying. my daughter resigned 3 moths ago and every when we phone they tell us lies.
