Delaying shipments
Worst Shipping company ever. They kept my parcel for all most a month, kept on saying the customs have my parcel for audits, then 3 weeks later they are saying customs is demanding more tax duties after demanding my bank statement, of which I never experienced that before

Bad customer service
Bad customer service. Been waiting for my parcel that was suppose to take 3 days to reach me. It's now 12 days later. Paid a fee that is ridiculously high for a pick up, expected speed and good customer service cause their prizing was relatively high. Till this point I did not receive my parcel. This is way too unacceptable
