They changed and saved the document from the way I wanted it printed and told me that I have to pay for the incorrectly printed document. I paid to avoid argument and took the incorrectly printed document.

I had t-shirts printed via Postnet Hillcrest Boulevard, Lynnwood road. The effort and extra mile Eulogy Matsilane went to make sure I received the order on time, is not something you often see these days! Eulogy, thank you for the 5star service?

In 2024, I app**** for a police clearance certificate through PostNet Hillcrest. After receiving an SMS from SAPS indicating it was ready, I visited the branch multiple times and was repeatedly told it had not arrived. Based on this, I reapp**** and paid again in March 2025. To my shock, a new staff member later found the original document—expired—proving it had been there all along. When I asked for proof that I had been contacted to collect it, I was told no records were kept. This lack of communication and accountability has cost me both time and money. I had to take time off work and pay again for a document that was already available but mishandled by the branch. Unless PostNet can provide proof that they attempted to contact me, I believe I should not be held financially responsible for their error. Very disappointed with the service and lack of responsibility shown.

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with DHL International and PostNet Hillcrest on Lynwood. I used PostNet to send a parcel almost two weeks ago, and DHL was responsible for the courier service. My parcel was confiscated by the police, and when I sought help from DHL, they provided contact numbers for the police that didn’t work. Only after posting a review on Hello Peter did DHL suddenly find the right contacts. They even gave me a personal line to a colonel, which I had never used. To my shock, I later discovered that my personal information was used to arrange a meeting with the colonel at OR Tambo Airport at 8:00 AM today, even though I never contacted this person. This raises serious concerns about identity theft. When I requested a refund from DHL, the representative handling my case, Itumeleng, claimed that a refund could not be processed directly by them and advised me to get it from PostNet, promising that DHL would credit PostNet. PostNet, however, has refused to issue a refund. The staff member at PostNet who managed my shipment, Dikeledi, was incredibly rude and even hung up on me. Both DHL and PostNet Hillcrest on Lynwood have shown a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. They not only failed to provide the service I paid for but also mishandled my personal information in a troubling way. I strongly advise avoiding these services due to their untrustworthiness and poor customer service.

I paid +R600 for overnight delivery on Monday nut my item still hasnt arrived at destination. The consultant says “2-3 working days because we dont fly anything out” this delivery is from postney hillcrest to ndwedwe btw. Both these places are in KZN…2/3 days for what!? And why ever call it overnight delivery!? She said yea thats that so i asked so theres no such thing as overnight for postnet and she said it takes 2/3 days so yeah thought id let everyone know that nothing is working efficiently in the country anymore i mean postnet doesnt even know the difference between overnight and 2-3 days but charges through the roof. Paaaaaathetic 🥱

Bad customer service. Been waiting for my parcel that was suppose to take 3 days to reach me. It's now 12 days later. Paid a fee that is ridiculously high for a pick up, expected speed and good customer service cause their prizing was relatively high. Till this point I did not receive my parcel. This is way too unacceptable

Postnet Hillcrest on Lynnwood offers the ****iest (if such a word exists) service ever! I keep giving them a chance but now I’m done, strike 3. They are so unfriendly, bitter, lazy...I can go on and on. If you need a Postnet in Pretoria, perhaps consider the Brooklyn or Menlyn branches. If I could give a “no star” rating I would sies!
