How to inconvenience clients. Arranged the delivery to be between 10-12 today. On following up the driver will only be here at 1:30pm. Had to rearrange my day for them
The lack of professionalism between Nedbank & Nedgroup Investments is astounding. Client inconvenienced due to inefficient systems.
Internet down in my area. They advised it is a Vumatel issue. There appears to be no follow up and accountability to try and assist. On following up they advised they are still waiting for Vumatel. Cant supply a Reference No as they did not give me one
What a shambles at Sandton City branch. There is no system in place with regards to their waiting area. There is no urgency in trying to assist. Senior staff all hiding.
How long does it take to get a statement. Spoke to a consultant yesterday morning and still no statement.
Bought a kettle/toaster combo last year. The kettle leaks and was returned. It has been two weeks and still no replacement. It would have easier to go to a retail outlet. When dealing with their service consultants they all have a standard answer - we will escalate to their Warehouse and wait for their reply.
Very poor service at PostNet Ontdekkers. Had to wait 29 minutes to be assisted.
What is the point of pre ordering medication when you have to wait 10min for someone who is prepared to assist. They then couldn't find it after I received SMS notification.
