They changed and saved the document from the way I wanted it printed and told me that I have to pay for the incorrectly printed document. I paid to avoid argument and took the incorrectly printed document.

Its times like these where we feel like robbing electricity, we can't be paying for electricity and recieve such a pathetic service from eskom, I am complaining with reference 489233074 we've been in the dark from the 30th of December 2021. This is unacceptable, petrol is too expensive to keep the generator running we have a lot of perishable stuff in our refrigerator. There is electricity accross the road worse part is 99 % of the people who has electricity here don't pay for the electricity they are robbing eskom .
It very disregarding to served by a crying consultant who has be deprived a family responsibility leave to prepare for the funeral arrangement of her late sister... It is so inhumane Nonhlanhla Nkosi Served me in tears, I felt her pain for to work for such established entinty and being treated like this made me so sick. FNB please sort this out branch level crisis.
Njabulo Mdakane came to our rescue when the branch mananger of Pinetown Pincrest ground floor branch gave us a very poor service. We were waiting for our ticket number 060 to be alloceted, the incident happened just before 10h00. Ticket number was allocated to consultant number 4, we were plus or minus 5 meters away from the consultant when we got there he told us to get another ticket the numbe our ticket has been cancelled when we asked why he said were called three time of which was not correct. Then the matter was taken to the branch manager which bought her consultant's side of the story she insisted unapologetically we get another ticket then she continued with what she was doing. Then we took another ticket and had to wait again to be alloceted and this time we were alloceted to Njabulo Mdakane whom apologized and sympathized when he heard what happened,
It is not entire eskom but it is certain regions, yesterday on 12 December 2015 at 18h54 I spent 11 minutes 23 seconds reporting power outage in my area. It was not the first time we are having this problem, my reference number was 161772599. Today morning at 06h26 I reported angain up untill now 13 December 2015 at 09h45 no electricity with the reference number 161884008
