I orderd celieng boards for on the 01/09/2022 and I had one call the following day to say they did not have stock of this item but they would pass it onto another store that had stock, that was 25 days ago, I called in today to follow up with no luck, I got the feeling that they do not care about small customers and that my order was not important very bad service really not impressed at all, will definitely not be using them again and will spread the word about bad service
What a unfortunate experience on my birthday. Firstly I have to say the food quality was really good, but they brought the food to us on very badly chipped plates, Firstly that is a health risk as that can harbour bacteria but apart from that one does not want to come out to pay just over R1000 to eat on chipped plates(we were 5 people and all the plates were chipped), I then call the Manger which I find very hard to take him seriously cause he is dressed like he spent a day at the beach in shorts (not what a manger of middle class restaurant should wear) , then to top it off my son needed to use the bathroom to find the toilet does not have a toilet seat. The Manger did offer us coffee as a apology but quite frankly I find that a bit of an insult, we paid the bill and will probably never return ,really disappointed as you only get 1 birthday a year and it's meant to be special there are many restaurants out there to choose from and on our next meal out we will not be choosing Mo-zam-bik sunninghill
We first moved to paulshof in gauteng in November of 2017 and we decided to take the route of cell c fiber to our house and we were so impressed with the service, the rep came to our house and set everything up in a flash, and we were very happy customers for the first 2 and a half years, the suddenly for some reason the fiber crashed, and it took almost a week for cell c fiber to restore our connection wich is shocking needless to say, but we were happy campers again, the to our surprise in a few short days we started haveing slow internet and unstable connections, so we had since then upgrade our line to a faster more stable line or as we had hoped, but the saga continued with multiple phone calls and been on hold for hours and this issue is still not resolved, if anyone out there is looking for fiber I would suggest you steer far away from cell fiber as it appears to me that there tech support is sadly lacking
