DO BETTER SUPERBALIST
It breaks my heart to have to write this here because i have always been a satisfied customer but im not a happy customer this moment, here is why: 1. Ordered stuff for me and it was delivered on the 27th November. Unfortunately two items were smaller for me so i logged an exchange. Those items are still in my office they were never fetched mind you im leaving for E.C next week. 2. Ordered stuff for my daughter for christmas on the 10th December and i get an email that they will be delivered on the 27th December. I know for a fact orders dont take this long, this means my daughter wont hqve clothes for christmas and that i will have to leave the clothes all together because im leaving next week.

Pathetic service from Lewis store
They deserve zero stars. My sister went to laybe a kitchen unit worth R13 000 in july and in October she went to pay balance of R9000 and they promised to deliver the kitchen after 2 or 3 day thill this day. My sister went back to the store and they said the kitchen unit is no longer available and now they are offering her the money back! We do not want the money we want the kitchen unit that was paid in full when my sister check online she can see that the kitchen unit is available still but its more than R13 000. The branch is idutywa they treat people like fools because we are in the rural areas. This is a gift for my mother who not so long ago had her husband passed away. This will make her happy but how when these people refuse to deliver?

Wifi doesn't work and they do not call back as promised. I want to cancel. I'm paying R590 for such horrible network!

Disgusted by shoprite Makhaza
Shoprite in Makhaza Khay3litsha is a joke, almost all the tills are closed wheres the line are very long. This is not cool this place has no management if the is one then s/he is sleeping.

I ordered from them and my products were delivered late but they were so sympathetic and apologising. They made sure i didnt wait for another day.

Im frustrated and helpless
Honestly what is going on? This is the 2nd time ordering on Puma online 1st order was fast but now its a nightmare! I have been waiting for my order since the 3rd March up until now. When i track my order it says i couldn't be reached which is a lie they didnt evwn bother to call me. Order no P1000606432

Horrendous service
Ordered a large pizza at 19h53. At 21h00 the pizza us still noy delivered i call them the lady that answered said she will do a follow up i call again at 21h30 the guy that answers says the driver is ouyy to deliver the pizza but guess what? The time now is 22h26 no pizza. Im at kuilsriver netcare not far from with a sick child and im sleeping on an empty stomach

Im beyond frustrated with eskom
We had no electicity for 2 weeks, tried calling them then yesterday the electricity came but our happiness was short lived because electricity came only for 1 hr and then gone!!!! I'd be surprised if these people care. Anyway here is our meter number 04085419143 Address Taleni AA idutywa we bought meat for december now we have to throw it away. This ia not funny! Do your job! Horrible experience since i joined this company
They promised to call me back after i wrote a review they never called, they take my money monthly then reject claims, i will keep telling everyone who care to listen to never ever take this company. Horrible experience.
