Great service
Execumove was great and helped to make our move less stressful than expected. The team arrived on time and got to work immediately. There was no problem adjusting the inventory when it turned out we had additional things to move. Every item was carefully packed and padded. When an extra item needed to be added to our consignment a week later, they came to collect it without fuss. Communication with Maria was easy and all our questions were promptly answered. All round, this company offers a solid, high-quality service, and is highly recommended.

Fraudulent company
Nupools has disappeared with my deposit of R18 000. After pressurising me in December to pay the deposit in order to secure my slot before Christmas, then false promises that a team would come to reline my pool, there has been silence. The owners (Mare and Jono Toerien) are not answering calls or emails and have simply disappeared. I have laid a charge of fraud against them.

Be cautious in dealing with them
Be aware that this company may be operating as a shell company for now liquidated Nupools (see reviews on this site), which is under fraud investigation.

Avoid like the plague
Avoid this company at all costs. I paid a hefty deposit to them in mid-December last year for a pool re-lining. They postponed and delayed and came back to me with a whole lot of long stories. Their communication was very poor throughout and they have now simply disappeared, taking my money with them. Mare and Jono Toerien, your time will come. Fraud investigations are underway. They may be operating again under the name The Cape Pool Company, so best to avoid them as well. A very bad experience overall.

FRAUDULENT Pool Company - Avoid!!
AVOID this company at all costs. They are scam artists. We paid a 17 000 deposit to secure their services to reline our pool before Christmas. Lots of postponements and long stories, then communication dried up completely. They are not answering emails or phonecalls - i.e. they have done a duck with our money. The company has apparently renamed itself The Cape Pool Company and is using the Nupools facebook page - the owner is Chris Danks. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, they are thieves. Filing a fraud case with SAPS today.
