***** company, my internet has been off since last week friday(28 february) ive been calling, emailing and even went to facebook. they just tell me they are escalating. when i ask about my refund they drop the call
I regret paying these people, i made a payment on the 16th of December and i was promised installation within 7 working days, i waited for that and then i received an email saying i should choose a date for installation and which i did but till now i haven't even got my installation and i'm suppose to be working from home but due to them not doing their job i have to go to the office or to my friend's house of which is unacceptable. can i please get my refund so i could get another useful company not this sh*t company please
I keep sending emails to Ntombenhle Nsele about the change of ownership, she keeps asking me for ID documents which I sent to her a million times and the she ask for a front of my ID book, and I use the green ID book I'm not sure which front is she asking for. Dstv is just Kak I'm even thinking of cancelling all my accounts there mxm I'm so ****ed off. Doing one thing all today and not getting the simple help you need
