Unprofessional
Doctor Mudau is the the worst doctor and so unprofessional , we can so now see some doctors now only do it for the money and no longer for the passion. She is so unprofessional and so rude . We went to see her and before we could ask her a question she flipped and told us if we can see if shes busy and we must come back the following day , she refused to help just because she got told that we can see thats her job now she doing it only for a career and no longer a passion. She lacks empathy for other human being, all i can say is she is in the wrong profession because someone like her should never work with peoples loved ones. Dora nginza do better and check your staff

Disappointed
Hi i am highly disappointed in house and home port elizabeth greenacres with their incompetent services at the till point. I purchased a 3 set lounge in December and due to them having issues at the warehouse i waited almost 2 months for the set. I eventually went to the store on the 15th January 2021 saying i want a refund. They told me they will call me as soon as they have enough money to give not giving me any information regarding i had to bring my id nor all proof of payments. I get the call on the 20th of January 2021 to come to the store to collect my money and i must bring my id and receipts. I told them that no one said i must bring all those stuff if i knew i would've brought it with me incase I get the call to collect my refund. They told me if i dont have it I must wait again for them to let me know if they have enough money to refund me or go get an affidavit. The only sales lady that was nice and helpful was Amber she is so professional and helpful. I will never recommend anyone to purchase anything to house and home due to their poor service. I am highly disappointed as i spent so much money on that place. They could see on the system i paid but yet they tell me no. Disgusting behavior
