I placed an online order for a tracksuit set on the 25th of June. When the order arrived, they packed and delivered the wrong size. I requested an exchange of the item for the correct size. Almost a MONTH later, I am still waiting. Kalin and Hlengiwe (SENQU employees) are not helpful at all. They engage you in endless emails under the guise that they are sorry and willing to assist yet they are far from helpful. If you want a headache, place an order online.
On the 19th of November, I made a reservation on Booking.com for an overnight stay at Going Places Bed and Breakfast in East London. I requested that money be deducted from my account at a later date by the property. Almost immediately the money was taken from my account. One of the main reasons I requested that the money be deducted at a later stage was because I did not have enough funds in my account, additionally, I have always paid for my bookings at a later stage. I canceled the booking after they debited my account and disputed the transaction on my banking app (FNB). Booking.com has not assisted me in resolving this. Instead, they've given the property an additional 5 working days to action the reversal. Oh and yes, my ban FNB has been sending me from pillar to post. I've incurred ridiculous charges because of this! All I want is for the funds and charged to be reversed.
Very happy with the service that I received. Great installation and communication received from the Vox team. My fibre works perfectly.
