Received my order in two days and I got regular notifications keeping me informed of my order status. Well done guys!
For 4 days now I have been phoning Betterbond regarding a home application and get told that a certain person is suppose to phone me back as I have already started the application on their website and its been assigned to them, but this person never phones me back.
Been over 5 months now that I am not able to get a clearance certificate cause I have been dealing with incapable people that only care about marking off tickets but does not solve them. I phoned numerous times and get promised everything will be sorted within a week or 2 days. In the beginning months it showed all my balances were paid up but I still owed the credit providers money. I phone and ask DebtBusters who do I owe money too and they tell me its just the one credit provider so I pay that month and Debtbusters charges me a fee. I phone again and got promised all accounts are settled. I request my clearance certificate that again took another month after which there were more debit orders from Debtbusters and fees as certain accounts were still not settled. I believe they purposefully do this as a means to extort more money out of their clients. Debtbuster dont email you. I think its because then you have written proof of their empty promises... My next steps will be contacting NCR and the Ombudsman. Shame on you Debtbusters.
This past month I have been in contact with Debtbusters three times regarding me being coming off of debt counseling (I have been with them for almost 5 years) and every time I have been met with friendly and knowledgeable staff that responded to my queries fast and effectively.
