Yet another bad experience. I Scheduled a re-installation weeks in advance and on the day I found out that it won't happen and that no other day was scheduled. I needed to phone them to find this out, but they did not let me know. I had 1 missed call and that's it, no sms, email or WA was sent to say the installation was cancelled. Truly ridiculous company. Do not recommend using them at all!!!!! It's just a struggle on struggle and if you want to cancel with them because of their bad service they still penalize them.
Don't use them - would not recommend them. They don't accommodate unhappy clients and their service is terrible. I struggled for 2 months to get a contract cancelled and do a DE/RE which they are re-doing because it was not done properly the first time. They also do unauthorised debits on your account without notice or reason. They refuse to remove the old device that was cancelled without additional payment. So they don't even care that your vehicle will have problems with the battery because of the device that was only deactivated and not removed. They might show 2 200 000 clients they have but they don't deduct the total that had cancelled with them, don't be fooled.

They are a ****, don't trust them. They ***** your money and you won't be able to delete your information. DON'T TRUST
None of the numbers works on their website. The only one that does seem to work just rings on end. Terrible government service!!
