3 Months and still waiting for a repaired Leatherman! Empty promises, phone calls not made! I cannot believe how pathetic their service is! No one can give me an answer on where my leatherman is!
I recently had a claim on a cell phone. I pay R890.05 per month for my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Vodacom quoted about R18000.00 to fix - they then got their own service providers to quote and it was roughly R14000.00. Outsurance then decided that they would rather replace the phone with a Samsung S24 - not to happy i decided i want to go with Apple! Now i must pay the xs for R390.00 which is fine and also R4299.00 to get the Apple. Now if im paying R890 to insure my Samsung valued at R31492 why must i pay in so much for a Apple 15 Valued at R18000.00 - I dont understand the maths here?????
Disapointed is a understatement, From a client that has been there for more than 10 Years! Afew weeks ago I called to get a quote on a new vehicle. Got a quote and advised that I will be putting a Tracker in the vehicle. Anyway – advisor got the price down for me and I later on accepted the quote! When reading the docs and going through my insurance docs, I noticed that I have been paying for a bike that I no longer own, Now when I called to added the KTM890, I advised the advisor to remove the KTM690 as it was a trade in. I called in immediately to get this resolved and I saw that the incorrect bike was removed from the policy. Spoke to a gentle man by the name of Sunshine who promised to get this resolved and call’s pulled and listened to ect! He called me a week later and very smugly told me I was at fault and that was that! It took me over a week to get that call! When I finally got the call, it was the incorrect call and this was for a KTM 300 which we had sold! Also got a call from a client services to confirm that they have received the certificate from Tracker – but on the system Matrix was captured. If they captured the correct tracking device – premium increased with more than R200 ! Asked for the call to be listened to and give me feedback – never heard from that advisor again! Out of pure desperation, I called in as I needed the correct call for the KTM issue as well as to know what was going on with the tracker. Got hold of a lady called Slindile! She has been amazing! Got the premium reduced on the veh where incorrect tracker was captured and got me the call where the KTM was never removed. In this call I advise the consultant to remove the bike! Now here is the thing…. OUTsurance only want to refund me R4000.00 for a bike that I paid over R500.00 for about 2 years……. So they say it’s the difference between the bike that was incorrectly removed and the one that was never removed. Since when do you back date insurance! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!! When I realised that the incorrect bike was removed I added it to the policy immediately as it is still under finance and im my possession. Now OUTsurance want to backdate that cover….. I think you guys just don’t want to refund me for 2 years of premiums!
Submitted a claim this morning via the app for a dropped cell phone. Within a minute I was on the phone with a claims advisor, Within 30 min the repair company had called and Within an hour a waybill was emailed to me! Courier is on his way! Better service you cannot get! OUTsurance all the way!
Order #159519836 The most pathetic service ever! Placed order on 26/08/2024 - delivery was supposed to take place on 30/08/2024 - Today - 04/09/2024 no one can tell me where my package is! I have had 3 sms's stating it is out for delivery, but still no delivery! Absolutley Shocking
Absolutley Pathetic! On 01/11/2023 I accidently paid a rather big sum of money into their account. Immediately called and soke to Khanyisa Mangany. She promised my the money would be returned by 03/11/2023 as long as i mailed her proof of the money being transfered, which i did. On 07/11/2023 - contact supersonic on their whats app line as i got no feedback from numerious mails sent to Khanyisa. Got no response. On 08/11/2023 was given CAS-1261442-X67Q6, spoke to Maserame and was promised it was receiving attention. Got a mail on the 21st asking for Proof of bank account - I sent it Immediately to Mthetho.Mdinwa@mtn.com - got confirmation from Kamo that it was received. 24/11/2023 spoke to Lerato and all i was told is that they are working on it! Today i hear you need proof that my husband is the director of the business. The account you debit on a monthly basis is the same account that the money needs to go back into! I cannot see how this is this is taking so long! Absolutley shocking On 01/12/2023 I called in AGAIN - Spoke to Sizwe. He promised it would be sorted by Wednesday 06/12/2023. When I called on Wednesday, Kamagelo advised that there was paperwork outstanding. Asked her to get Sizwe to call me. When he called me he advised that it had been esculated for aproval. Called Thurday, it was still waiting for apporval. Called Friday 08/12/2023 and he did not answer my call. This is now getting pathetic!!!! SuperSonic is holding my money hostage! They are earning interest on it and cannot give me a straight answer. What now??? They say they have rep**** privately and guess what.... THEY ****!

I am absolutely shocked at the service I received. So my father in law is a member and has been for many many years. He was not doing so well financially and I needed to look at his monthly expenses. I called Crisisoncall to see what it was that they where offering ect and decided to keep them as you never know. My father in law got really ill and we recieved a call Later afternoon advising us that they had a bed in hospice for him. We where 2 woman here alone and there was no way possible for us to lift him as he was unable to walk. I called crisisoncall and advised that i need an ambulance to come to his place of residance and fetch him and then take him to hospice. I advised again that he needs to go to hospice in Centurion, I was assured this was not a problem at all and they would send an ambulance. Ambulance took for ever to get to me. Then loaded my father in law (Ambulance staff dragged him by his feet!!!!) Then told me they will not take him to hospice but to the closest goverment hospital. Called crisisoncall asking what on earth was going on and why this was happening and they just said there is nothing they can do! I advised i will pay cash, but just to please help me... I am still wating for a quote to pay them! ABSOLUTLEY PATHETIC. I eventyally asked them to leave and got another service out here within minutes - took payment and my father in law was booked in! Thank-you for stealing my father in laws money
I would never ever ever suggest the use of this company! Its taken almost 2 weeks to deliver a parcel! They call you at 06:30 in the morning to get your location and never show up! You speak to the call cent agents and they are just as clueless as the next!!!!! How difficult can it be???? Totally Pathetic!
If Ever You are thinking of using VOX - think again! It took me almost 2 hours to watch a 30min series as it kept on buffering on the lowest resolution! I get better signal when using my phone as a hotspot! They came and installed the unit, and the service is pathetic - out of their entire call center I can only get hold of one lady on her personal cell no! I was promised feedback at 13:30 this afternoon, it is now after 18:00 and guess what no feedback! I honestly cannot recomment this company to anyone as you do not get what you pay for!
