MTN insurance - A ****
I submitted a claim for my device and I was given the run around. Eventually, I was the sent an SMS with all the information regarding my claim being approved and that I have to pay excess and the excess amount and details. Just as I was about to pay, I received a call from MTN claiming that they sent the SMS error and that it was not meant for me and that my claim hasn't been approved. Later I was sent a claim rejection. MTN has really treated me unfairly. NO TCF whatsoever
