On the 6th of September I placed an order worth R1685.84 and on the 28 I receive a notification from my bank saying I will receive R244 refund from Airydress I thought 1 of the item I ordered they did not have it,when I made enquiries they said full amount was refunded but sadly I only received R244 and I never asked for refund I was waiting for my order I am yet to receive an explanation as to from whom only God knows.
I bought a headboard and a dresser at home go furniture in July 2020 and in November I noticed the cracks on the side of the headboard and the bottom drawer of the dresser was coming off ,I called the customer service and they asked me for pictures and I sent them,they then later asked for video clips and I sent them I waited few days and called to check but the lady i spoke to said the videos could not open i must send new ones which I did and I never heard from them. I then made time to go to the store where I was told I must bring the furniture back at my expense and should I cause further damages I will be liable for that.
