Worst service I have ever received. I have emailed, WhatsApped and called to no response. The person on the WhatsApp line reads all messages and ignores queries. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Every bad review has to do with the service and not the products and the company just does not seem to care.
Please don’t use this company. The order date on my app kept changing to the current date so they could make it seem that I ordered it on the day. I had to prove through card statements that the order was placed a month ago. The customer service bot kept emailing the same message about my shipping being no later than a certain date even a week after that date has come and gone. This was until I tried to cancel my order and request a refund when suddenly it was no longer an automated response but them trying to contact the supplier to ‘ fix’ the problem. When I asked for a refund after that message was sent I no longer received responses. My advice is you can find the same items on wish or other Chinese apps. They have more credibility. Light in the box is a scam. All their good reviews are from box
