MY solar geyser was installed 2020 by Bertis,then 2022 he contacted me that it's due for service,I paid the R850 he requested till today nothing happened and paid last year August ,he kept on promising that he will come he hasn't come he keeps telling me his in polokwane and and,some day he will make you stay at home and say his coming now my solar geyser had low pressure you cannot access water in your bathroom and kitchen same time and I didn't want someone to come and touch someone's work because if there is a fault they will blame the next person,tried to request refund and he said he cannot refund me so tired of calling him ,texting him and calling the office
Wrong subscription im still struggling with DSTV,I cant access my TV channels and having the same issue over and over which is annoying I reported on the 28th of January 2021, My issue started when there was a promotion in november 2020 for explore we where interested because it was affordable and we send an sms to the consultant to call us yes the consultant contacted us regarding the subscription we were then informed they will send someone to come and install ,we waited and no one come on the 30th we got an sms that we need to pay R731 which we did pay as we thought we needed to pay upfront,time pass by and no one come we decided to call to cancel as we didnt want to continue to pay something we dont have.i was then transferred to cancellation department and I was informed the amount will be credited to our account as we didnt receive the explora. nothing has been cancelled till to date we dont know how much we have spent calling their call centre and not getting help it so frustrating as now It says we owe R917 and they has disconnected our dstv line which it was suppose to be resolved on their side as it's their fault now I dont know what to do,my Dstv is off and there is no month I have ever missed payment Dstv keeps disappointing just image your dish is off and you dont owe them at all but its they fault and they are failing to fix their internal problems
