Driver stole my order and Uber just accepts his explanation that he waited too long. Disgusting service.
I ordered online to collect in store. I was unable to do so. They sent an email saying they will refund me my money. I did not receive my refund and it's been over 2 months. I called in, the lady told me I'll receive it and not to worry, I still did not receive it. It's over R1000
I ordered food at 9:20 and the delivery time was 09:55 ... At 10 I messaged the uber eats guy to ask why the delay, he said it's raining he's doing me a favour and I should stop complaining. Disgusting pathetic service.
