FNB instructed Capitec to freeze my Capitec account and also freeze my FNB since 9 February 2024 without any notification or communication till date. I have submitted all documentations including an Affidavits of about 14 pages and also opened a docket at Police Central in Pretoria, yet FNB has failed to investigate or act on my inquiry since 9 February 2024 putting me and my family in difficult and financial Jeopardy. In my affidavit, I also perceived that there exist some Customer Care Representatives with Questionable character enhancing *****ulent transaction within FNB. Further inquiry at Capitec bank indicated that FNB did not provide any update on their investigation. In deed, FNB is the worst bank to bank with in South Africa.
I am surprise Dr. Boitumelo Khantsi at Pretoria Eye Institute find it difficult to provide a ophthalmology report to a minor patient despite receiving eye care from you. This I find ********* and detrimental to whoever use your services in now or future. The Minor patient who need to relocate and get another ophthalmologist in another country need this report but he refused.
Hi Luno Team, I have been trying to withdraw money from my luno account to my own Bank account. The first withdrawal of R500 went successfully. However, when I initiated another withdrawal of R10,000 to the same bank account, it was declined. What is happening .... I need response?
