I took my car for repairs in February 2019. I was promissed it will be done in 3 weeks. The owner Melvin asked for upfront payment, which i did. Save to say, I only got the car back two weeks ago unfinished. Paintwork is bad, suspension is bad, car remains on even when locked, it switches off while driving, driver assist not functional. All these are items he supposedly fixed. I have been trying to get hold of them and been ignored. Messages are not responded to.
Worst service ever. The owner, Mervin lies and does not keep to the agreed timelines. He has had my car since 2019 and does not want to return it. One of his employees alleges that he does that with black customers. I know of one guy who lost his car to a fire after being serviced there. The matter is currently with the courts. If there is anyone with similar experiences with them, please leave a comment.
A Mercedes x250 was bought by Mr. Themba M. SIbeko at Mercedes East Rand and has had problems with the exhaust sensors 6 months after purchase. It has been unusable for almost a year now yet Mercedes insists he continues to pay for it. They say they are not able to source parts for it.
Took my car there for suspension repairs and panel beating in February 2019. Until today, nothing has been done. I have been told all sorts of stories one can think of under the sun from the paintwork not being right, testing, not idling ok, sensors, wheel nuts not fitting, you name it. Now no one is returning my calls. Very terrible service!
We dropped of an x250 bakkie registration number HM10CJGP with a check engine light 3 weeks back. It is still under warranty. The dealer has been avoiding giving us feedback on the status of the repairs. Does anyone know how to deal with suck a situation. Please assist
