I'm so happy and satisfied with the service of this company. I've used them two years in a row and I'm impressed. They are very quick to deliver too.
Last week I went to Ackermans in Gateway Theatre of shopping to open an account. I arrived around 9:30am and was advised that the people who assist in opening accounts will be in at 10am. Fine I left and came back at 10:30 and was advised that they still haven't arrived. I left as I had to be at work at 11. I managed to open the account at another branch. I received a text advising that my application has been successful and I should pick I'm card at the nearest to me. Yesterday, 31/01/2021, i went to the Ackermans in Gateway again and advised one of the cashier's 9f the text. She advised that I wait at another to point and she will be with me shortly. I did as she said. She took one customer after me and then she left her station and went out of site. I waited for her thinking maybe she was going to get my card and so forth. Mind you no further expectations were set before the disappearing act. I stood there for 15+ mins until I left the store with no assistance. None of her colleagues even bothered to offer assistance even though they could see I had been standing for awhile. I'm really disappointed to say the least.
