Avoid these agents at all costs.
Vanderbijlpark branch, particularly agents Marius and Merise Brits are the rudest, most unprofessional rental agents I have ever come across. Avoid them at all costs! ************** against special needs child and swearing at tenants. We are going to tribunal to resolve matters. Extremely disappointed in these agents. I would launch an investigation if I was their employer, since they are dragging the agency's name through the mud and I have noticed this is not the only complaint against them on this platform. Most definitely a liability to the agency.

VIRSEKER is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with... "For Sure"
I wish there was a rating of only half a star I could give... worst experience in a long time! Did you know? Virseker uses second-hand parts on a person's vehicle when they repait it? And when I, as a PAYING CUSTOMER question this, I am simply ignored! I will not recommend them to anybody. STAY AWAY!

Instyle pool services Mondeor are the worst!
It has now been more than a year, and we are still waiting for our complaint to be resolved by Instyle pool services in Mondeor. The repairs on our pool was an insurance claim through Outsurance and Instyle pool services was the service provider. I am now going to contact Outsurance to have them removed as a service provider!!!

After getting my take away order wrong and presenting me with cold food, I complained to the manager of Rocomamas Vanderbijlpark. Not only did they replace the order, but the manager himself delivered it to my house. I am impressed. Well done!

Instyle Pool Services in Mondeor, JHB, is useless.
I had my pool redone six months ago at Instyle Pool Services, 304 Columbine Ave, Mondeor, Johannesburg, 2091. The paint in my pool is a dark charcoal colour and after the revamp was done, there were very large, unsightly white patches in this dark charcoal paint. It looks so bad that I am too embarrased to invite guests over. Instyle Pool Services assured me that the white marks would disappear within 3 to 4 months. It has now been six months and the white marks are still as clear and unsightly as on day 1. I have been trying for the past 3 weeks to get feedback from this company, but in spite of polite requests and later on threats, there is still NOTHING!!! My advice - never, ever use Instyle Pool Services, 304 Columbine Ave, Mondeor, Johannesburg, 2091. You will regret it, like I am now!

Gira Rio's rude owner!
I have been a customer of Gira Rio since they started doing business, but after the complete and utter rudeness that I experienced from the owner, Fernando de Abreu this evening, I am afraid they will NOT have the privilege of receiving my business ever again. I will also make sure to tell everyone I know about this. After patiently waiting for more than an hour for my order, I dared to ask how long it will still take, only to receive the aggressive answer from the owner that I must remember they are not Burger King. I was asked if I can't see that they are busy...! Gira Rio and Fernando de Abreu, you have lost a loyal customer.
