OWED A DEPOSIT? JOIN US AT THE TRIBUNAL!
Habitat Property Management, also operating as Instratin Realty, has failed to return my rental deposit, despite the lease having ended and all obligations being met. Under the Rental Housing Act, deposits must be subject to inspection, any deductions must be justified with supporting invoices, and the remaining balance must be returned within the prescribed timeframes, including interest earned. None of these legal requirements were comp**** with in my case. Based on my dealings, Ben Khanye, who appears to be responsible for handling tenant deposits, has failed to resolve or return funds owed. This is not an isolated issue. Any current or former tenant who is also owed a deposit is encouraged to come forward and join us in reporting this matter to the Rental Housing Tribunal. Renters deserve transparency and accountability. Until outstanding deposits are lawfully returned, proceed with extreme caution. Boatdwalk Heights Hell Hole
Worst place ever they took my ID,Passport and phone now they want to evict us The management there is inhuman and terrible To tents. They also pepper sprayed one guy that time his kids where in the house imagine how horrible this place is..it’s out of hand. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE for your own safety try other places.BOARDWALK IS A HELL HOLE I TELL YOU!

Horror Complex Boardwalk Heights
So Boardwalk Heights is evicting us after taking my belongings? Like I NEED my ID,PASSPORT and PHONE! This place's management is hell on the real I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay there. They will enter your house and take your personal belongings if you involve the law their best option is to evict you without reason.

Nightmare at Boardwalk heights
The management of Boardwalk Heights went into our our place without our permission, broke some of our belongings and took some till this day even though we paid the next day. What kind of treatment is this? This is very inhuman of Boardwalk heights management.They fail to respect people and their properties. They took my ID, passport and cell phone since October 2020, till this day #JusticeForMyBelonings
