To date no feedback no update Bula masego called and I asked her to send an email because I can't take calls during the day she said okay "Her email just said I wanted to give an update" but with no actual update I responded immediately to ask what the update was but no response this was last week We on Wednesday still nothing Since I waited for settlement letter For full figures including legs fees nothing Why not send me an email since they can't call after 4
Kia menlyn , the car was brought in for diagnosis was told I need to make a booking I called and gave all information required including my email and cell number for booking i sent someone to deliver the car,it stayed with Kia 2 days I was sent an sms with a link to follow up on WhatsApp when I tried following up no one was replying and to show it was on purpose I sent someone to go check what's happening the person was shown my WhatsApp message on their desktop which they still did not reply Second day was told I will get feedback by end of day which by 3:30 pm I called in due to no response on WhatsApp a lady by the name of noxolo (noxi) who promises to send quotes and everything about the car diagnosis did not do At first when I called for booking they said they will only charge diagnosis fee of around 1300 if M sure rejects my claim , next thing I am told I will first have to pay R4600 for them to submit a claim which was never communicated to me. The person I sent to Kia the second day called me with his phone and put me on loudspeaker to speak to noxolo she said to me I can't claim for clutch issue because that is dependant on the driver I told her but M sure is the told me to submit this claim,next thing today after begging for her to send me an email she now says she called m-sure they said they can't assist with another broken part but they are allowing her to submit a claim for a clutch which she said it's not allowed . Today she calls me back after sending me an email which I rep**** to to tell her am not able to continue with this since figures were never properly disclosed to me ,I tell her what she told me she then becomes disrespectful and say listen without even acknowledging her miscommunication which lead to this very poor service ,now I lost two days of making money with my car and also am losing R1300 for diagnosis
my account was handed over to a company called SMlaw ,they push to a stage of repossesing the car they **** and said i did not respond to them therefore they now sending me a summon i told them i did not stay at my previous location and now in pta and will confirm address because i was relocating due to rental contracts but they sent their summon to my old location when i asked they were rude. fine i went to court to open a case to defend myslef ,that is when i was asked to send motivation letter ,they kept asking for the same letter and my last letter had asked that i pay R1800 a week the called Jolene Ferreira called saying i need to just agree to R2000 as standard bank is only approving R2000 if i do not agree it will create a whole long process i asked if my letter said R2000 or R1800 she confirmed R1800 from that time i have been paying between R1800 and R2200 where i can I asked i think 4 times if not three for a confirmation from the bank that says i am forced to pay R2000 till today she send an edited email saying i should pay R2000 as this was what was approved how does standard bank approve R2000 if i asked to pay R1800 ,they also ignored when i asked how much is left on the arrears ,how much in total is the car owing how many years are left all that is not being answered i do not get documents, i am being told just know there are extra fees but are never disclosed, i cannot speak to standard bank because every time i call i am told to speak to SMLAW even when i explicitly explain what is happening , at this point i dont understand why can i not get transparency
