Bad customer service, what a longest wait just for an update I have placed an order on 29 November to date there is no order update, I keep calling their customer service number no response🥹. Sent an email to customer service still no response. Why advertise things that they cnt handle the volume??? I was ordering for festive. Season looks like it’s not gna happen 😡
On Friday 06 September we ordered food at a value of R470 from a restaurant called Argos in PE, the driver called at the gate, we opened for him, the next thing he sent a picture of the food on the floor saying his leaving, when we got outside there was no food,and he was gone, tried calling the restaurant and they said there is nothing they can do about and UberEats does not even have a number u can call just a stupid help online platform that does no justice, they said we not liable for a refund. It’s time UberEats stop ****ming ppl and start hiring loyal drivers 😡😡😡
I am so disappointed that after we booked paid for flights and only to arrive there at 4 the gates were closed we were told that the ship has already sailed even though departure time was saying 6pm they did not even bother how far u coming from, I will never make a booking with MSC again 🥹 we had to go back to JHB after arriving in Durban for nothing
****mer, they advertise sale then u place an order u will never receive any communications and they keep saying order is out but no delivery will happen,
I have been using Dotsure since 2017, the service I’ve been receding from them is so amazing and efficient, I’ve had 3 incidents were I had accidents and all the claim processes were so quick without a delay..
