I bought a Defy touch stove in Nov 2020, 8 months down the line the stove started giving me problems and I contacted Game Stores (because I bought from them), they sent a Defy technician to come see what the problem is, then he came and said that the sensor needs to be replaced and he will comeback in a few days to replace it. 3 weeks went by without the guy getting back to us and no communication from either Game or Defy. Then I called Game to tell them and I was advised to directly call Defy head office. I called them back on Friday the 10th of September and I was told the technician will come replace the sensor the following Monday 13th, the Monday he didn’t pitch and I decided to call them back on Tuesday then I was told that the job is closed because the technician gave feedback that the day he went to my house ( a month earlier) he found ****roaches and according to them the 2 year warranty is then forfeited. The stove is only 8 months old, we don’t have ****roaches in my mom’s house, the technician made that report because he was angry that we reported him to the head office, now they are telling me that I must pay for them to fix their own stove.I WANT THE STOVE TO BE FIXED OR MY MONEY BACK. I ordered a few items 1st week of December 2020, some of the items were delivered a few days later and ever since the 1st week of December I’ve been told that the rest of my order will be delivered shortly, they blame everything on the courier guy, in December they said the items were already given to the courier guy.. the guy on WhatsApp have been responding to my texts until 2nd week of January, they completely stopped talking to me... and I’m still waiting for 3 items (beach ball, teething gloves, and some blocks game i ordered for my little 1.. and on their website they say jhb & Pta orders is same day delivery... I think i was scammed!!!
I'm so disappointed in Netflorist. I've placed an order of 3 items on the 28th Jan and i specified that the order must be delivered on Friday the 29th January 2021. Only 1 item was delivered on the 29th and the item was not even as it looked on the picture. To my surprise, on the 30th of January the 2nd item was delivered of which i added a box of chocolates on the item, they only delivered the mug. I lodged a complaint via email and now they just responded and said my complain was resolved, how did they resolve the matter if i'm still waiting for the chocolates to be delivered?.. 4 days later, a mere box of chocolates cannot be delivered. I'm so angry right now, for the fact that they said they have resolved my matter, without any communication or me receiving the rest of the order. I will never purchase anything from them ever again, and i will not recommend anyone to do so. I mean who wants a birthday present whereby items are separated? That defeats the whole Gift purpose.
