Service or no service, just get sms that account needs to be paid without any contact and then only with date for payment, where is the contact for the person to get assisted and get statements, how can a person just pay without any proper contact
This is the way that dr J Schuttes accounts department deals with accounts, no contact what so every received from them for an outstanding account for 14 months and then you will be handed over to the attorneys and costs is added and just a date that account needs to be paid.
Again our problem is still not sorted out, after so many phone calls and that they promise to give you feedback and that this will be sorted out it is not and this month they are duplicating the payments owing to them, what to do? This service that we get from Vodacom is pathetic so say the least.
We went to Vodacom for 2 upgrades in Oct 2020 and to get assistances to change some personal details on the accounts, after spoken to 3 managers at the shop and a consultant is this problem still not sorted out, i have even logged an complaint at the head office, received an sms and still nothing is sorted out, what is the next step to be taken
