bad service from absa bank. I sent an email to the debit order department to help with a wrong amount debited from my account. I need to reverse the transaction and they said the issue will be dealt with in 2 days, bit have not received any communication from the bank. Some form of communication would be nice not just an automated message that helps me with nothing...

I am honestly disappointed, Makro estimated delivery to be on the 27th and still nothing no communication whatsoever. Appauling service really. Such a let down experience with Makro online.

Rain is a very disappointing network. My husband has been paying R700 for an unlimited service instead we are unable to connect and they deducted money from my husbands account while the service was cancelled.
Woolworths is very unprofessional and the staff is horrendeous. Why would one branch assist me with my woolies card and another branch which is Sammy Marks on Pretoria have an issue with is claiming my signature is not visible. How do you train your staff. Don't they all speak the same language when it comes to customer service. Rude cashiers who do not even explain why she's freezing my card and has to activate my virtual card. Now i have to do the admin of applying for a new card..
Takealot do not respect customers, your convenience has turned into non deliveries and lies. Your agent Marvin confirmed that my parcel will be delivered on the 22nd July 2025 which did not happen. And today there's no form of communication what is happening.
Very bad service from standard bank. Uber eats parktown *****ulently debiting my account so every month i must have a new card issued to me and struggle with a new pin. Im tired of this bad service... Why isy account a target with a new card i got from the bank two weeks ago.. Its going to be a new card every month.. And all the agents do is apologize and there is no way forward...
Very rude and arrogant. Tried booking a vehicle for service and the lady was absolutely rude i would never buy or take a car there for service. Bookings department at menlyn vw sucks.
