I took a KIA vehicle for inspection to determine repair ,I was told a cylinder was damaged needed engine rebuild ..the quote was almost what yhe car is worth, wich is entirely made up and ridiculous. They fixed the car at yet again huge expense ..how ever me as the customer had to provide ALL parts, aswell me as the customer had to take the engine away for engineering aswell as pay for that myself. The car was not running good after I received it..I went back numerous times and yhe car overheated ALOT..they said nothing is wrong it does not overheat.I took the vehicle to another workshop who did it in half the time..and rebuilt the engine a 2nd time fully at 20% of the workshop yhat this complaint is about ..vehicle runs immaculately like new.I am busy finding kegal and lawful help ,to get my money back to come to a resolve.
As Gas supplier, might be okay.. took while to wait for small gas bottle refill as the Hardware stores around the area do it immediately.. however.. my recent altercation was due to them.. and the security on yhe complex this business is situated on.. wete harassing me over me locking my bicycle on the pillar between them and the Pizza takeaway.. there is no sign nor indication lawfully of no bicycles or bicycle lock ups infront of these stores.. nor is there any safe or bike rack in this complex.. and this area is a heathen for cyclists.. I was very upset.. and well as of today I will not usr any of the stores nor facilities in or on this complex.. no matter how inconvenient to me.. as being treated as a hostile is unacceptable.
I was at Montague Gardens 'Buco Hardware' at 11:30 Am 16 February 2021. My intention to look for and purchase wood poles, specifically large diameter pine treated poles for fencing /building etc.. First I waited 20min by the service counter who had 1 person working there and no structure as 2 people were helped before me not standing in the line as the person / employee was as if he was 'space' eyed.. looking all around not focusing.. Eventually a Lday came to help me.. I paid for the poles and proceeded to the pick up.. at wich point.. the employee/'s at the back TOLD me, why didn't I pay for cutting.. I was told at the pay counter to just ask for cutting.. that same employee then asked what I need as he couldn't understand the till slip.. I showed him the poles and he said and I quote.. " joh, joh, joh jooohhh... and cutting???!!!... I got extremely angry as there was an extension power cord WITH a circular saw laying infront of us.. I waited 10 min while he walked away with my slip.. I left my car at the back and went to ask for manager inside.. I very politely ask to speak to the manager regarding the employees behavior and failure to follow their job protocol.. when this man (Counter receptionist at dispatch) heard me polity ask this.. he very quickly changed his tone of voice and told me the manager is not here. I then personally with no help carried the 3 m huge poles myself.. and put them in my tiny hatch back car sticking out through a window.. so now, I damaged my own car due to this.. And to top it off.. due to me not expecting this upright foul customer service.. I was given a verbal warning by a metro traffic enforcement vehicle for not having a red flad/ banner on the poles for protruding more than 1. 5m out of my windows. I have contacted a lawyer as this was one of the top the worst experience I have ever had by any shop. Regards.

The Cell C store in question, I am a veteran CellC user no real issues regarding the network.. how ever that Cell C store service was shocking.. I wanted to find out the expiry date of my contract, the door girl asked me wait outside for a consultant, the 2 customers inside left within 10min, I stood waiting outside 20+ min, a new client walked by me right in the door not even being sanitized, I got frustrated and politely asked the Cell C customer service number as internet is very vague, yhe door girl had no idea what I was asking and just stood away from. me staring out the door.. NO ONEASKED TO HELP ME.. now over 20+ minwith no customers inside.. I walked away and online sent an email.
